Sherah Dubland grew up in Kamloops, BC where she played many sports, and enjoyed hiking with her family. Sherah spent much of her time playing competitive soccer as well as club rugby. While growing up she would visit family on the island and eventually moved there in 2011 where she developed a passion for surfing. In 2016 Sherah completed her schooling at the Okanagan College of Massage Therapy and graduated as Valedictorian along with her twin sister.
Sherah has continued her education with courses on the cervical spine and the thoracic spine. She has also taken a particular interest in joint replacements and improving mobility post surgery. She enjoys helping people of all backgrounds and abilities manage their pain, increase mobility, and improve their quality of life through a variety of different massage techniques including trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques and a mixture of fascial and Swedish massage .
While studying in Vernon Sherah met her now husband and they have a beautiful a little girl and a big dog together. They enjoy spending time together outside and hanging out at the lake. Aside from big dogs and being a Mom, Sherah also has a special interest in paddle boarding.
